The Delaware Department of Transportation (DelDOT) recently
announced the following area roads will be undergoing repairs.
Motorists should exercise extra caution while traveling on roads
that are being worked on.
Cedar Neck Road from Assawoman Canal to end: intermittent land
restrictions (day), sewer installation, Dec. 9, 2002 to July 6,
2003.
Route 26 from Powell Farm Road to Old Mill Road: intermittent
lane restrictions (day), hotmix, April 4 through May 13.
Route 1 (Coastal Highway) from Indian River Bridge to Savage
Ditch Road: intermittent lane restrictions (day), hotmix, April 28
through July 6.
Route 1 (Coastal Highway) from Indian River Bridge to Dune
Crossing: intermittent lane restrictions (day) hotmix, April 28
through July 6.
Fisher Road (Road 262) between Beaver Dam Road (Road 285) and
Hopkins Road (Road 286): closed for emergency road repairs, April 28
through May 2.
Oak Orchard Road from Chiefs Road to John J. Williams:
intermittent lane restrictions (day), sewer installation, March 31
through May 30.
Route 54 from Keenwik Road to Bridge 3-437: intermittent lane
restrictions (day), bridge construction, Nov. 19, 2002 through June
30, 2003.
